| What should I do if I receive a
faulty product?
If a product arrives faulty or develops
a fault within 14 days of arriving, then please e-mail
info@portable-power.co.uk and we can arrange for a
replacement to be sent.
All our products now carry a 6 month guarantee, so
should the worst happen it can be replaced for a new
one.
I received a product, but no longer want it, can I
return it?
Of course. We offer a seven day 'cool off' period
from the day you receive your product. If you would like
to return a product, just pop it back in the post to the
address on the contacts page, and we will refund your
money immediately.
